Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this urologist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
