Dr. Knowles office is a very friendly place. The front office will work around your schedule as best they can. The office nurses are very friendly and professional. Billing department and surgery scheduling are very helpful and understanding. Dr. Knowles and Heather are very caring and understanding and put everything in easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend this office for any urologic needs.

Worst front office staff I've encountered in a long time. If you can get past the eye rolling and audible sighing, Dr. Knowles is the complete opposite of the bad attitude ladies that work up front. It was like night and day the difference in attitude and professionalism once you enter the exam area and interact with his actual medical staff members. I personally witnessed the two ladies up front exhibit such a lack of compassion and unprofessionalism that it makes me consider if I'll continue to go there for my care. That's a shame considering how competent and personable I feel Dr. Knowles is. The only reason I'm giving a one star rating is due to the front office staff.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
Did you feel safe in this urologist's care?
Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
