I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
