Although my insurance pretty much covers the charges for my visit; the feels for call ins (prescriptions, multiple messages in 1 day, etc.) are not just expensive, but outrageous!!!

They've never used foul language. However, the front desk office staff is less than friendly. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

You can EXPECT that you will wait approximately 3 hours in the office, even for an appointment that was scheduled months in advance. I once witnessed an elderly couple that had been very patiently waiting for 2 hours, only to be told that the Dr. could not answer their question, but that they had to speak to their "other doctor" ; who incidentally happened to be in surgery!

His nurses are courteous AND HE IS A WONDERFUL CARING DOCTOR!!! Just wish he would replace much of his staff in the Martinsburg WV office!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
