There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've never had a problem getting the appointment time I want on the day I want with them. They are so flexible and understanding with their appointment times, and I've always really appreciated it. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Rezaian is so popular that there is sometimes "standing room only" all the way into the parking lot! He is VERY good
