He may be a good doctor, but his interactions with patients does not show care. He dislikes to be asked questions, and shows impatience when you ask questions about your condition and how how it evolved.

The experience during my one and only appointment was not good. Granted it must have been a bad day or something but, he was down right rude, uncaring and unprofessional. Comments he made directed at me were deeming and upsetting.

I found the office very old and worn. The doctor is quite stiff and dooesn'share with you what he is going to do unless you ask him. However I did feel he knew what he was doing. He does not have an assistant but instead does all procedures himself which I did like. I have gone back several times.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was shocked I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my scheduled appointment and then found the doctor antagonistic, rude, and insulting to me.

They were able to address all of my questions and concerns in detail, and made sure they communicated with me clearly. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I feel safer in their care than I do with any other doctor. I trust them over anyone else in the field. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
