Every time I would try to give them my input or concerns, they would either interrupt me or cut me off. They didn't care what I had to say at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Whenever I go, I have to re-explain who I am and why I'm there. They should take notes during my appointment or something. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.
