Waited 1/2 hour past appointment time. Never greeted or looked in the eye. Doctor spent 3 minutes with my daugherty. Recommended orthotic sold at their office and has been out of stock for nearly 3 months with no attempt to reorder I later determined. Staff will not identify themselves on the phone. Problems are transferred to voicemail with no return calls. At this point I am going outside of my insurance and paying cash to a more professional, on the ball office. My sence is that they are under and poorly staffed. Go elsewhere if you can.
