Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Even though the office was friendly and the staff great, Dr. Wilson himself was not qualified in his specialized field. Many problems were caused by his lack of knowledge (uncaring?) after my 2 surgries that never corrected my problem.
