Dr. Clark is different than other foot doctors in the area -- and that's a good thing.

He believes in conservative measures and does his best to get you in the right orthotic. I like that he's not out to make money off your misery or suggest procedures you don't need. I doubt if he does many foot surgeries.

He's good at diagnosing, but doesn't offer a lot of information about your condition or why he's doing what he's doing, although he will answer all your questions.

Dr. Clark prefers alternative treatments for pain or arthritis, but doesn't seem to care that herbs and supplements don't work for or are appropriate for every patient.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
