WORST FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST EVER!!! I think her name was Blanca is something to that defect... She yelled at patients and was very rude to her co-workers. Terrible experience and I would advise no one to attend Lepow facilities.

Rushes patients and does not spend time with you. For a 2.5 foot surgery charged 5x what my cardiac surgeon at St Luke’s charged!! And the clinic he used tried to bill my insurance for $100,000k. yep you read that right!!! Felt like only interest was maxing out my insurance. Only surgeon who charged me for surgery follow-ups. Then I found out from others that they were not charged for follow-up visits. Runs thru patients like an assembly line. And Physical therapy was more interested in billing my insurance for the maximum visits allowed

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.
