One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
