I had to wait for a little while.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I never received a bill or phone call from them after my visit. They sent me to collections over $40. I paid the $40 IMMEDIATELY. After 6 years, they are still reporting that my account was sent to collections despite the fact that it was paid off almost 5 years ago. This has had a negative effect on my credit score.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so

No, I didn't notice an odor
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
