I sat in Dr. McDowell's waiting room for almost 2 hrs before told me she couldn't see me that day. I understand there was an emergency patient but why make me waste 2hrs? I returned 2 days later and waited almost 2hours before Dr. McDowell arrived. She hadn't even been in the facility all that time! After I was put into a room, she finally came in and seemed to have an angry demeanor. I do not feel confident in her diagnosis or treatment as I told her both feet were hurting and she only looked at one. I will NEVER return to this doctor.

2-3 hour waits, she's ALWAYS late. Good care if you can wait all day. I personally wont be back. I ordered shoes and waited 6 months. I still don't have them. Showed up for my appointment and was told she wasn't there. I was not called about it.
