Severl years ago Dr Mnendez performed surgery on my right foot. Biggest mistake of my life. Big toe doesn’t touch the floor and crosses over second toe. Pin inserted in second toe started coming out the side. Third toe also crossed over second toe and had to be amputated by a foot surgeon. To date I have to wear bandages and sponge toe covers on my toe and can only wear certain shoes because of pain

Very Knowlegeable! Dr Menedes haze served my family for over 20 years. We all agree that we would not want another podiatrist.

I was very pleased with Dr. Menendez. I will continue to use him as my podiatrist. However, the receptionist leaved a lot to be desired. Other than asking my name she said nothing..no greeting or acknowledgement of me. Office decor is very limited. Feels like it is really only a temporary
facility.

The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. The office was difficult to find - it's in an industrial like setting near a heat company and a large shrub covers the small sign that makes it difficult to see from the road. The female staff member was curt and rude to me. It was if she was irritated because I could not find the office when I finally reached her by phone. When I got to the office she continued to be curt and very unfriendly. She called everyone else - Mr. or Mrs. and she called me by my first name with out asking how I wanted to be addressed. She was cold, unfriendly, unprofessional and her actions definitely made me wish I had selected another provider - I almost left the office but stayed to see the doctor. He was professional and very business like, and seemed knowledgeable.
When I mentioned that his receptionist/assistant had been rude - he did not acknowledge that I had even spoken. The doctor ignored my comment and went right back to discussing my foot pain. Poor communication skills! A provider should always acknowledge their patient. I do not recommend this practice. The staff needs a course on "patient communication" and how to insure patient satisfaction.




















. I had problems finding the office because there was a scrub covering the sign. . usually acts too busy to be interrupted and be with my questions. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. I would never recommend this podiatrist to anyone. My experience was awful.
