Staff was great, friendly and cleanly. I felt dr. Marotta's consult was very perfunctory. I left not knowing what to expect as far as results. He only briefly manipulated my face. We did not discuss any other options regarding surgeries to achieve my goals. He never asked me what my goal was to even confirm that the surgery I was requesting was the best fit to obtain the desired result. I was not informed of the next step such as if there is an additional meeting or is the next time I see him the day or surgery. He did not have me use a mirror and describe concerns or show me what would be realistic expectation of results. Did not explain what would not be fixed by this surgery and what else I would have to do if anything. I would rate dr. Marietta alone a 4. The staff was a 10.

I received Dysport treatment on 9/21/2020. Dr. Marotta was kind and professional, as always. I had a $20 off coupon from a past survey, which I wanted to apply. I told this to Jennifer two times, and this request was ignored. She also told me I would receive an email receipt, which had not been sent.

I have seen doctor M for botox he is amazing! I recently went to sharon..I have to say the same, amazing! I am loving my face! I look as i once did 10 years ago! :)

The doctor is wonderful, but I had an appointment far in advance, which they cancelled, and were not able to reschedule me for several weeks after That.
