I originally started my laser treatment with a different aesthetician and in all honesty, I wasn't very happy with the service. I felt like it was rushed and not as professional as I would've expected given the price. That all changed when I got Janet as my new aesthetician and the difference between the two were night and day. I wish I had her from the start

My experience with Janet was by far the best today. I bought a package of 3 and had a different esthetician the other 2 times, both times I left disappointed and thought what a waste of time and money. Had I known how good Janet was I would've asked all three times for her because quite frankly, the other technician was awful and I basically wasted my money and I did not get what I paid for

I was recently in for my Botox/dysport appointment. I had been seeing Jenn who no longer there(Which i thought was very good) and interim saw the RN Jacklyn. She was very nice and professional. However, i did not have such a great outcome w Botox around my mouth area. It was almost 2 months of hell. With drinking and even speaking certain words. I was nervous to come back. She happened to call out on the appointment day and i saw Ken the PA., what a huge difference. So professional explaining everything to me, looking at my face and marking up where i needed the most treatment. He really listened to me and assured me all would be fine. (I felt like he would be more conservative and i could always come back to add) I have been getting Botox for over 10 years and he was exceptional throughout the entire appointment, As well as Gabrielle assisting him. It's only been 3 days since my appointment but i feel good about the results i will get. I will be making all future appointments with Ken.
