Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I wish they had a better selection of waiting room magazines. It seems like a silly thing to pick at, but having some good magazines to read makes my wait go by so much faster. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They could have waited until after my appointment to take personal phone calls. It was rude of them to answer it right in front of me in the middle of my appointment.
