I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.
