Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was amazed at how wonderfully he treated my kids. They were so appreciative and thankful for our business. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.I have been taking my children here for 10 years and love it!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was easy enough to find. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
