Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. An added bonus, and one of the reasons I chose this doc is because he is understanding, supportive and flexible when it comes to vaccines as well as alternative styles of parenting such as co-sleeping, breastfeeding (though not alternative), baby wearing, etc... His bedside manner is phenomenal and ALWAYS takes all the time I need to ensure my concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed. My wait time has never been more than 15 minutes (only once) and the office staff are very friendly and willing to help with concerns as well. I couldn't recommend Dr. Wasserman, and his office more. I don't know why it only gave him 4.5 stars, I meant to make it 5. Hope this helps!

My whole experience at this office continues to be above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they are to my children. They are just fantastic.
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that whenever my children are sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my children will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I love that they never over-treat my children, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They made sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions later I have been seeing Dr. Wasserman and his staff for 18+ years with my 3 children now and highly recommended them!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Simply put, Dr. Wassermann is the best pediatrician we've seen. His office is staffed with actual nurses, so when you call, they can give you solid answers. Everyone there is friendly and wonderful, and even appointments with shots are good experiences.

I made an appointment on short notice, I had just moved to town and was very close to my due date. Dr. Wassermann instantly put me at ease and helped refer me to a doctor who worked out of my preferred hospital.
