Really upset with this doctor. Staff will dominate and confuse you a lot. Every time they will try to get benefit of insurance but not patent. I asked for immunization report for my kids(It should be in printed standard format). I went 3 times, they charged excess money and did not provided the actual report. I was anger and then they provided some page with some descriptions on their own and School was surprised with that format. I had lot of difficulty here. I strongly advise not to go here

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I really don't like that they don't have any back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. If for any reason they were unavailable, my child wouldn't even be seen. I wish they had known about child safety and nutrition, but they didn't know anything about it. I had to do my own research. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I feel like they could've been more patient with the first-time mothers that were visiting. They seemed a little too annoyed to have to answer their questions
