Dr. Diakiw is a fabulous pediatrician. She is extremely knowledgable and caring. She really takes the time to care for each patient she sees. She has also been doing this long enough that when she has to refer you to a specialist, she knows the best specialists to see. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I usually go right in. I truly don't think there is a better pediatrician out there.

I have been with Dr. Diakiw for 3 years, but recently moved so I had to switch pediatricians for my son and baby daughter. I always thought Dr. Diakiw was fabulous, but now after seeing a few other pediatricians by my new home, I KNOW she's the best. I'm so bummed Dr. Diakiw is no longer my children's Doctor. I now never see the same doctor (it's always someone different), it takes forever to get in, the Doctors are always in a rush. I wish so bad I could go back to having a great doctor I can trust. I'm actually thinking of switching back to Dr. Diakiw and driving 2 hours every time to take my kids there.

Children's medical care is important and finding the right Dr is too. If you are looking for a pediatrician in San Diego, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Diakiw.
