They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. This office did not have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children in the waiting room. Due to this fact, my child ended up getting sick from their visit. Unacceptable. They also moved and I my kids got sick it looks she left no tracks or a notice for her patients to locate her, so I had to take my children to the hospital because my kids health plan would take 30 days to change to another clinic.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was somewhat disappointed with how much they really knew about immunizations. They were able to give me a little information, but not much. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
