They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am satisfied with all the visits my child has had over the years. They are helpful and I leave feeling encouraged. The office is very easy to locate, being near an intersection. I never have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I always have a great experience and would recommend them highly.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Kenawy and his staff have an excellent bedside manner. He has been great about preventive screenings, providing information regarding my sons' health and helping resolve insurance difficulties (that really should have been resolved by our insurer). I've rarely had to wait long at all for appointments, or even as a walk in, but Dr. Kenawy also takes his time when he examines my children and takes time to talk to me. I love that I can ask a question either in the office or by calling one of his nurses, and get a prompt response. They make sure I am comfortable with the answer I receive. I highly recommend this pediatrician and his staff. I work with infants, children and teens, and have often had to coordinate care with providers. It is not very common to find a physician who provides the level of care Dr. Kenawy and his staff provide.
