The doctor very knowledgeable and very good with kids, but his office manager and other personal is rude and nasty . They will never let you speak to the doctor, even over the phone at least to get doctor opinion in regards to some concerns of your child's health. Very non professional office, I have to change my child PCP doctor just because of this issue. How can you have a doctor and have to get thru security check over the phone just to have a word with him.

This doctor was horrible. He refused to give my child a Lyme disease test when he had a target shaped rash. He was pompous, rude, and Ill-informed.

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about immunizations

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff in the office is great. They are always so friendly to my children and try their hardest to make them smile after their shots or blood work. The stickers usually do the trick! Both doctors in the practice are personable and kind.
