Dr.Schaeffer, Kristin, Dr. Mendez and Caroline have been WONDERFUL. I can't say enough about them. The whole office is also WONDERFUL. I have Lupus on top of Fibromylagia, and they have been trying to keep me out of pain, and that isn't easy. I'm so glad I was sent to their practice.

Recently, My husband drove me visiting Dr. Schaeffer's office for my neck nerve conduction consultation/or treatment as scheduled. But the medical staff turned me down by cancelling the appointment because I did not have my personal ID card with me. Wasn't this a big issue? But they still cancelled without asking Dr's comment. So I discontinued to come but seeking another more professional service provider.
