I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The doctor was not really listening to me, as if I'm not educated enough to speak up when I realize somethings just don't add up. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Ageism is not a good thing in a doctor. At every office visit he greats me with, "hello young lady". I'm in my 70's. It's not cute or funny being "young ladied". He treats me like a non person. But I have to say that on the first visit he did a good job, I guess because I was referred by another doctor. On subsequent visits he has treated me like a non person. I think Dr Smith is capable but maybe he doesn't want medicare patients. I give him the lower rating only because I just hate being "young ladied" and I hate agism. But I'm stuck with him because I'm on medicare and no one wants medicare patients.
