I wanted to feel that I got some value after my appointment but I can't say they had a holistic approach.

Was seen by Physicians Assistants for first three months of care. Finally met Dr. Parker. Some discussion regarding my symptoms . After Assistant had already prescribed a dangerous Steroid. It was decided that that was best approach. While on the steroid symptoms subsided. upon completion of steroid , symptoms returned three days later. This went on for almost 14 months. On and off steroids. Also had me take allergy drops monthly at $ 150 per month. Also suggested deviated septum surgery and put pressure on me to have this surgery. After almost 1 1/2 years of this and much cash out of pocket and days of work missed, I switched to a new ENT. I was immediately diagnosed with multiple nasal polyps. Surgery two months later changed my life. What kind of people put a patient through that kind of agony?

As a patient, I have never experienced worse care in my life. After 2 months of waiting, I have yet to see the doctor, being seen only by Nurses Assistants (pleasant as they may be, they have yet to actually diagnose ANYTHING...). I have never been more frustrated with a physician's office in my 52 years.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
