HE IS AWFUL!!!! SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!! Took only a few minutes to "examine" me, didn't listen to my questions, didn't let me talk at all! Office staff equally as quick and uncaring. Did not get a thorough exam like I should have! Never going back! Stay far away!

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but conversation was as brief as possible. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Doctor appeared to half listen to what I was saying and then cut me off and assumed he knew the info. One time I called and spoke to the staff explaining my pain and was told to call my primary for "pain management". My eardrum burst the next day. At the follow up, doc twice stated incorrect info in regards to the timing and symptoms of my medical issues which I had to correct. Won't go back again. Called for a second opinion elsewhere and found a great doc.

It was the worst that I have ever experienced in the health "profession". I called the office to get medical records for a surgery I had with Dr. Levenson in Manhattan. I asked for Chris or Dan since I'd spoken to Dan about 2 weeks ago and after he said he'd call me, he never did. The lady who answered the phone was Chris and she told me none of them were available, when she was Chris herself who answered the phone! Not only was she lying but she also treated me like trash. I was trying to get the medical records and she hung up twice talking above me and being very unprofessional and rude !!! I had to keep calling to give her my phone number for the doctor to call me and I'm still waiting! The lack of respect I got from this Chris was unbelievable! She was very nasty, interrupted me all the time while I was speaking and I felt she just wanted me to go away and treated me badly so I would hung up and since I didn't she hung up twice. She gave me the impression that Latinas for her are trash. This was unacceptable behaviour from a medical office. As a result of that surgery, I had 6 hemorrhages, anemia and was at the hospital for a week. I can barely breath and my septum is still deviated. I'm apalled at how I've had to struggle to get any response after more than a decade suffering the consequences of the bad surgery that I had!!!! I am a management consultant with an MBA in finance from Boston and I can't believe that people so disingenuous and lacking any humanity not to mention manners are working with so many competent people unemployed!!! What a SHAME!!!!!
