I was a patient of Dr. Rossman. I am diagnosed with Acute B Cell Lymphocytic Leukemia, Philadelphia Chromosome. Dr. Rossman should have referred me to a university-based treatment center (UCLA) due to my condition. Instead, I had another professional review my records who promptly told me to go to UCLA. Since, I have received incredible treatment at UCLA. When they admitted me, my liver, kidneys and even spleen were falling; however, I had seen Dr. Rossman just a few days earlier and nothing was conveyed about that. The treatment protocol at UCLA is very different than the one Dr. Rossman had me on. I feel that my decision to go to UCLA was necessary and life-saving. I am confused as to why he was only seeing me once a week and did not identify my emerging organ failures (which resulted in a nine day hospitalization at UCLA). I wonder whether or not if I would have died in his care. I feel really sad that I have to write this review. Dr. Rossman seems like a very nice man. However, I am the mother of four and I want to live. If you have ALL, try to receive treatment at a University-based center. I think this is what I am trying to say.

Dr Rossman is as far as you need to look.He took care of my husband while he had cancer.He is caring,experienced,and his vast knowledge of medicine is above and beyond.He listens,really listens to you and makes double sure you are as peace and you can feel confident in him.my husband by the way was cured and has no cancer anymore.Thanks to Dr S Rossman and the where withall to know my husbands caqncer was a rare one,He saved his life and we are forever grateful,thank you ,Samantha treise

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

There is no comparison!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Dr. Rossman always makes sure every single question I had was answered. The staff is very friendly and professional. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. Both my husband and I needed oncology intervention and Dr. Rossman took excellent care of both of us. The oncology nurses were wonderful and made it easier to have chemotherapy by making me very comfortable with the procedure.

I never felt ignored. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are very helpful with insurance issues and accept my insurance payment as payment in full. The staff is very knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their doctors's input on. It is great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
