The office was easy enough to find. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. He is very compassionate and always willing to go out of his way to explain the complex medical issues.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
