I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.

I was wondering why some reviews talked about the chairs in the waiting area or toilet seat covers until I saw that samples are entered automatically. I assumed it was because that was the best thing they could say about their visit. My other doctor retired and I was referred to Dr. Soffer. I will never take a referral from that person again. Other reviews were right about staff, I have never met a ruder, more unhelpful receptionist in my life. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Dr. Soffer isn't interested in listening to you, and definitely not interested in discussing your illness with you. I felt like it was closing time at a store the way she rushed me out. She deflected questions on medication, future symptoms and current problems. I later found out the things she told me were absolutely wrong and putting my health at risk. She should be investigated and have her license taken away.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
I notice other reviews mention how how she treats her staff, I wish she treated her patients with the same respect. Both she and her secretary are rude, her advice was unhelpful and contradicted by more competent and concerned doctors, and I would advise everyone to look elsewhere.
