He was AWEFUL! He hardly looked at me during my appointment. He didn't acknowledge anything I said or talked about. He would talk over me. At the end of our 8 minute appointment (He sent a consult report to my physician that said my appointment was 25 minutes long and 15 of that was spent consulting) I left with tears of frustration in my eyes. When I got to the reception desk to check out, the receptionist told me that next time I would be with their NP and she listens to you. I didn't even have to say a word as to why I had tears in my eyes. The receptionist already knew. That right there says there's an issue.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. I felt very rushed. He barely spent two minutes with me and completely ignored my concerns. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible he was, I never would have gone. He consistently dismissed my concerns and ridiculed my mother for asking a question. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my chronic health problem and get to the bottom of it. After one appointment that lasted approximately 5 minutes, I can definitively say I'm never going back.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

He said that my mother was in a coma and would never regain consciousness. He didn't even examine her - he relied on a very brief exam by a resident. Was only in the room long enough to tell us that she was pretty much a vegetable and nothing could be done - take her off of all machines. Didn't stay around to answer our questions at all! Very rude man! I would NOT recommend seeing him for anything!
