While the doctors seem to be very thorough here and know about what they are treating the office staff is terrible. They spend more time joking around and chit chatting with each other than actually getting anything done. Often times the patient will have to be very aggressive in seeing that things get done or things will sit on their desks for days before they get around to it. The wait time can be substantial as well. They shut down for an hour for lunch and close promptly at the end of the day. Its a shame because the doctors are good. They need to be bought out by a quality medical group like North Shore LIJ that will establish some sense of order and standards there.
