Dr Lynn Coates has been my primary doctor for over 10 years. She is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. There is never any trouble making appointments. I can usually get in to see her within a day or two, if it's not an emergency. Her office is just off the freeway and easy to find. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I recommend her to everyone.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I have had three years' experience with Dr. Coates as my primary physician. She is precise, up to date on new medications and diagnostics, spends all the time with me necessary to answer my questions and explain my physical health -- and has been right on the mark every time.
