Dr Goldstein answered every single question I had clearly and took his time . Their staff was terrific - friendly, professional and funny - fit me in at the last minute on a Fri as it was a bit of an emergency. Incrediby helpful - Dr G returned my call on a Sat as I was concerned about something. Called on Sun with lab results. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel that I was in EXCELLENT hands and a potentially dangerous situation was averted. The office was easy to locate however they will nail you for parking costs as it is a hospital building.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
