They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointmen and even accommadted me when I was earlyt. I never had to wait for them to show up. Dr Chu is very capable and my PCP thinks hihgly of her. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in hercare. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She & her staff are very warm & friendly.
