Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

I have been going to Dr. Bianchi for 16 years. He is an amazing, caring compassionate man that really is concerned about his patients and their well being. He always takes the time to listen, and his advice has always been right on. He has an awesome staff that make you feel that you are important, and that they are looking out for you. I am so thankful that I found him when I did, he has been the best of all of my doctors over the years. I have referred many of my friends to him over the years, and I have never heard one complaint from any of them, they are always so glad to have found him.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
