Too busy to read your records and you have to correct him on prescriptions every time you visit. Calls the wrong ones in, old ones not the most recent. Doesn't return your phone calls when you have a problem with the prescription. Doesn't listen, has his mind made up before you can even finish what you were saying to him. He use to be the best, I think he is just burned out.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
