I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
