I had a tubal pregnancy in 2007 Dr. Edwards failed to catch that burst. He did not pay attention to hcg levels in blood work and did not do an ultrasound the day I had my first appointment and scheduled me at "10 weeks" for one ( he guessed I was 5 weeks pregnant based on palpating my uterus...there was no baby there as it was in my tube). I waited at the hospital for him to show up to do emergency surgery for 6 hours while bleeding into my gut. He would not look at me or my mom in the eye when I went to a follow up appointment to get stitches removed and hands were shaking the whole time he was with me. He admitted had he paid attention to blood work and realized hcg levels were low for how far along I should have been, we could have prevented the loss of my tube and nearly bleeding to death. It's almost been 6 years since this has happened and only fallen pregnant two more times ( I later found out I hae Factor V Leiden which contributed to my "normal" miscarriages) His neglectfulness has made it difficult to become pregnant since I lost a Fallopian tub. The Staff was kind to me both times I had an appointment....only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

Have seen Dr. Edwards for 3+ years. He delivered one my sons and performed my tubal ligation. He's the first doctor I've found in Orlando that I actually trust. He always has my best interest in mind and is very experienced in his field. His office administration is just as amazing. I'm always treated well and greeted with a smile. I have just 1 complaint, that I can't see Dr. Edwards and his staff for all my health care needs! I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me! An office such as theirs is hard to come by. If they can make the yearly pap less dreaded, then you know they're doing something right! ;)

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
