Would not recommend this office. Once I found out I was pregnant, I called this place right away because I thought that since it was part of AAMC, it had to be decent. I called the Waugh Chapel location because I live in Baltimore City and made an appt that was over a month away. I called when it was about a week from my first appt to confirm everything and ask what would happen at the first appt and the receptionist said, "oh, you're pregnant? You are seeing a doctor that doesn't work with pregnancy". I immediately was confused because I made that very clear when making the appt. She then gave me an appt even sooner but said I had to drive to the Annapolis location. When I went to this appt., the nurse was rude, impersonal and just plain unprofessional and proceeds to tell me that they scheduled the wrong type of appt for me. At this point, I was fed up but they quickly fixed it. I went in with the doctor and explained that my husband was on the way for the sonogram. He called twice because he was trying to find me, and I had to interrupt her to pick up the phone. She then said, "we usually tell patients to turn their phones off because, well, that's rude!" I was shocked and speechless but dealt with her so that I could still get the sonogram. The doctor was Dr Luecke and I do not recommend her cold nature to anyone. God forbid I answer my phone when she knows my husband has never been there before and is just trying to find me. I never went back and never will.
