They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
