They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor and I have once or twice in the exam room. The office is clean and inviting. Dr. Turano delivered two of my children and has been my doctor for many years, after being referred by a co-worker.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
