It will be light years before you ever feel better. Completely uncompassionate , uncaring and unresponsive/WILL NOT answer any questions on the phone- you must go in for an appointment ($$$$$)/ when you are far away you can't go in every 2 or 3 days. So you make the best decision you can on your own. Transition from opiate to buprenorphine misleading- NOT, NOT, NOT a 3 day experience. Think they delight in punishing chronic pain pts./STAY AWAY! (DUMPY office too but shouldn't be for the money they are getting!)

If you are in chronic pain, as I am I have Lower back, Neck, Shoulder and Migraine pain plus restless leg syndrome. Don't go to this place. Unless you wanted to be fed lies about there Suboxone being the cure all medication. I went for the induction, was placed on 2 mg of suboxone, 1/4 tab 4 times a day. The next day I called there office in pain 9/10 and wanted direction of what to do. come in earlier take a extra dose WHAT? NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. When I called the 5th time I got there Service she took my information called me back and said the Dr said just go to the ER if its that bad. I tried 5 times during there regular hours. I think the PA I had was rude and thinks everyone is drug seeking, Bedside manor is not in this office it seems.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Also he seems like he doesn't care about his patients he stormed out of the room when I was talking to him and never came back in the room. I will never go back to see him very unprofessional!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
