I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I was lucky to meet Dr. Patel. She is a great doctor and a very nice person. She and her staff are courteous, kind, and definitely have your best interest at heart. As my primary care physician, Dr. Patel does a great job of listening, evaluating, and caring. I know I am in very capable hands, and recommend her highly!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Prior to switching over to Dr. Patel as my general physician, I had a horrible time with Dr. Chu (located next to O'Conner Hosptial) and her staff. After dealing with Dr. Chu and her rude staff, I was in a panic to find another doctor, being at the time I was already 5 months pregnant and needed the results of my blood work read. Coincidentally, Dr. Patel also worked at the local heathworks clinic where I met her while etting my TB test done.

All in all, I still remembered her after three months had gone by and she was completely understanding and compassionate about my situation and what I had gone through. Although she does not treat or see pregnant women, she agreed to see me last minute and read my test results.

Dr. Patel is a great physician. Not only is she understanding and sensitive towards your situation, she has a great sense of humor. She makes her patients feel welcomed and most importantly at ease. My husband really liked her too.

So, if you're looking for a wonderful general family physician, she is your doctor. She makes herself available through phone and email. She is caring and funny. What more can you ask for.
