. The staff could have definitely been more friendly. They didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wouldn't recommend them in a million years. The place was old and very dirty. The Dr. didn't even introduce herself. I still to this day don;t know her name because the office uses a Dr. Boroukim (a mans) name to call for prescription. Also the Dr. had on a very filthy looking stained lab coat. I don't know how she could be wearing that It was empty but still they took a long time to see me.

This office is pretty much run by PAs or NPs that are not qualified to make medical diagnosis. The doctor(s) are not available most of the time and do not see the patients AT ALL during the visit. I can understand it if there is no major new problems with the patient, but this is unacceptable, unethical, unprofessional and just pure bad practice of medicine.
And, even if he is available to see patients (when back from his 2 month long trip abroad), he lacks the medical knowledge or competence to diagnose and treat patients.
I wonder when was the last time he read a new publication in a medical journal.

The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
