I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
