Dr. Harrington is wonderful, though a little rushed at times. She listens to your questions, gives thoughtful answers, and collaborates with you on your health, treatment, and prevention. She acknowledges that the patient has the final say and is ultimately responsible for his/her healthcare. Her office staff is a bit nasty over the phone and still a little abrupt in the office. They INSIST that you show up at least 15 minutes early, but then I usually end up waiting 20-30 minutes in the waiting room. Parking is right in front of the office windows.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
